Cancellation & Returns
Given the highly exquisite, consumable nature of luxury fragrances, our return and cancellation architectures are meticulously constructed to guarantee absolutely pristine products for every collector while providing robust consumer protection.
1. The Cancellation Window
Decisions shift, and we respect that. If you must reverse an acquisition, you are granted exactly 24 hours post-checkout to instigate a full structural cancellation. Once our logistics network pulls the order into the physical packaging phase, instantaneous digital cancellation is mechanically impossible.
2. Returns & Scent Integrity
Strict Integrity Protocol
We guarantee that every Zuhraan bottle sold is untouched and untampered. As such, we cannot legally or ethically accept returns on fragrances where the external poly-seal has been breached, or the atomizer has been depressed. Valid returns demand the physical product to be exactly in its factory-mint, unsprayed condition, logged within 14 days of tracked delivery.
If your fragrance survives the visual inspection process via our evaluation team upon return, your funds will be comprehensively reversed through Razorpay directly to your originating credit line or bank within 3-5 business days.
